We hate small print however there are a few things we need to point out and clarify. We promise to keep this simple and as short as possible.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
Our headlight restorations come with a no fuss Satisfaction Guarantee. If for some reason you are not happy with our restoration then no problem, just get in touch within 30 days of the restoration and let us know the details. We will either restore the headlights again or give you a full refund for the original cost, whichever your preference.
In addition, we will stand by our workmanship and materials for 24 months from the date of restoration. In the unlikely event of any return of cloudiness or other restoration related issues, just let us know. Once verified we will restore the headlights again at no cost.
The guarantees cover the headlight coating only and excludes headlight bulbs, surface scratches, cracks, blemishes and other normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by off-roading or abnormal vehicle usage is not covered.
Guarantees are non-transferrable.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
We know that sometimes even the best laid plans can go awry. If you need to change an appointment or cancel altogether, no problem. Just get in touch and we'll do our best to sort that for you. We would appreciate as much notice as possible please.
Although we hate doing so we do reserve the right to cancel bookings. Reasons for us to cancel a booking include, but are not limited to: Adverse weather conditions not conducive to spray painting (heavy rain, high winds or extreme cold), sudden illness, personal emergency and vehicle accident/breakdown. Where we have to do this, we will try to provide as much notice as possible however sometimes we may need to do this at short notice. We will always offer to reschedule to a convenient date and time or organise a full refund for the original cost, whichever your preference.
Authorisation of Work
The person booking the headlight restoration accepts full responsibility for the authorisation of work. Full Beam Headlight Restoration is released from all claims of unauthorised work. If you do not own the vehicle then only proceed if you are 100% sure you have permission to do so.
Liability, Safety and Risks
The person booking a Headlight Restoration accepts full responsibility for the safe condition of the vehicle including the position it is left in and the nearby surrounding environment. All existing and potential risks to personnel and/or equipment that should reasonably be known must be brought to the attention of Full Beam Headlight Restoration in writing (includes email) prior to the service starting.
The vehicle’s body work, including paintwork, must be structurally stable and secure. Full Beam Headlight Restoration shall not be liable for damage caused by sub-standard, insecure or defective vehicle substrates and bodywork, including via the application and removal of masking materials.
Multi-vehicle discounts are only available for a single booking for multiple (2 or more) headlight restorations.
The multiple headlights restorations must take place at the same location and in the same session (date and time).
Discounts and Promo Codes
Promotional Discounts and Promo Codes may be amended or cancelled at any time.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. No change given. Vouchers can only be used once.
Voucher are issued with a 1 year expiry from the date of purchase. We can not accept expired vouchers.
Bookings and Punctuality
Please allow at least 30 minutes after the scheduled booking time to allow for any traffic hold-ups.
We will endeavour to make all of our bookings on-time however being a mobile service our punctuality is dependent on traffic conditions. Our booking system already allows for typical travel times within our service area, however there may be exceptional instances where due to severe and adverse traffic conditions we will be unable to get to the appointment address on-time. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes late we will be in contact to ask if the expected arrival time is still convenient, and if not reschedule another appointment or organise a full refund for the original cost, whichever your preference.
Headlight Defects and limitations
Although we will polish the external headlight surface once the old coating has been removed it is not always possible to remove all headlight lens blemishes and defects. Deep scratches, cracks, internal fractures, some tints and other defects may remain after the restoration.
In some rare cases, in addition to external clouding, there may be some hazing, blemishes and/or discolouration to the internal surface or within the lens itself. Unfortunately, we are unable to address this.
We are unable to repair or make good defects caused by headlight units which have lost their seal. This is usually evident by moisture being visible inside the headlight unit.
Photographs and Video
Unless told otherwise in writing (in the comments section when booking or via email prior to the service commencing) permission is granted to Full Beam Headlight Restoration for 'before and after' photographs and videos to be taken and included in our website photographic portfolio, social media accounts and other promotional material. Full Beam Headlight Restoration gives assurance that no number plates, or other obvious distinguishing features will be left visible on the photographs and video.
If permission is withdrawn after photos or videos are published, please notify us in writing and we will remove the applicable photos/videos as soon as practically possible.
